10 Large 5-Axis CNC Mills

Our proprietary 5-axis CNC mills have some of the largest envelopes in the world (100’ x 20’ x 8’), allowing us to machine large, complex components with precision. Two of these mills are dedicated exclusively to marine projects, ensuring that your marine products are crafted with specialized attention to detail.

Buck Shop

Our buck shop is staffed with expert woodworkers and the tools ready to create the footprint for large-scale, complex molds and plugs.

Material Creation

For developing tooling, we have several spray guns and ventilated bays to fabricate patterns, molds and plugs. We specialize in using putty, fiberglass and resin chop.

Metal and Machine Shop

Our fully equipped metal and machine shop is designed to handle all aspects of large-scale metal fabrication. Our skilled workforce of welders and machinists are ready to take on complex jobs.

1,120 Ton Brake Press

Our 1,120-ton forming press is one of the largest in the United States and specializes in forming double-curved panels. The press is suitable for bending, stretching and rolling.

Metrology
